Matcha, mint and pana chocolate
Makes 2 Cups
1½ cup Blue Bay Kefir
½ cup Crushed ice
2tbsp Honey
6 large Mint leaves
1 tbsp Macha tea powder
1 tbsp Pana Chocolate, mint raw chocolate bar, grated
To garnish:
1tsp Pana Chocolate, mint raw chocolate bar, grated
1 spring mint
Method
Blitz all ingredients well in a bar blender. Pour into a chilled serving glass and garnish.
Blueberry, Ginger, Lavender and Toasted Hazelnut
1 cup Blue Bay Kefir
½ cup Crushed ice
2 tbsp Honey
½ cup frozen blueberries
⅓ tsp Fresh grated ginger
1tbsp Toasted hazelnuts, crush
To garnish:
Freshly picked lavender flowers
Blueberries, halved
Method
Blitz all ingredients well in a bar blender. Pour into a chilled serving glass and garnish.
Mango, Coconut and Cardamon
Makes 2 cups
1 cup Blue Bay kefir
½ cup coconut cream
½ cup diced mango flesh
2 tbsp honey
¼ tsp ground cardamon
½ tsp vanilla bean paste
To garnish:
Shaved coconut
Grated nutmeg
Method
Blitz all ingredients well in a bar blender.
Pour into a chilled serving glass and garnish.
