Kefir Fruit and Granola Popsicles

Makes 6-8 popsicles

4 cups Blue Bay Kefir
2 cups Full cream milk
4 tbsp Honey
2 tsp Vanilla bean paste
300g Good quality granola (We chose blueberry, coconut, quinoa granola with wholegrain oats).
Fresh seasonal fruit, cut into small pieces (as you desire)


1. In a large bowl add kefir, milk, honey and vanilla bean paste and whisk together well.

2. Pour the kefir popsicle mixture careful into popsicle moulds, to three quarters full.

3. Add your chosen fresh seasonal fruit pieces, then top the moulds granola, add popsicle stick and freeze overnight.

To Serve

Remove popsicles from moulds and enjoy.
